the bayroom waterfront suite
The "Bay Room" overlooks Galveston Bay and the Kemah Boardwalk. This room is a 565 square foot suite which includes a lush King size bed, a queen size convertible sofa, and large dining/gaming area that seats four. You can actually be in bed and watch the water at the same time! This suite is ultra-relaxing and offers a large private bathroom with bathtub/shower, large deck on the water, and a private entrance and it is the closest unit to pier and guest spa.
The couch is great for relaxing and watching the water (or television if you must) and it makes out into a queen size bed to allow for additional guests. We can also add a roll-a-way bed allowing this Suite to sleep 5 total.
There is now a full kitchen in this room. Other amenities include a Keurig coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator, convection oven, stove, and ice machine. We supply a large variety of coffee and tea and all the "fixins" needed to start your day! Pots, pans, dishes, a variety of glasses and all utensils are provided. There are also outdoor grills available for your use. All linens, iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer are included. Wi-Fi and cable TV included.

the Captain's Quarters
Set sail with the Captain! This Suite is set-up to inspire your sea legs and make you feel like the Captain of your own ship. The room surrounds you with authentic nautical decor, beautiful unique sailing pieces and authentic treasure maps. It is painted a deep midnight blue and is perfect for day sleeping. With the plush queen sized bed, luxury linens and its own flat screen TV you will feel like you are sleeping under the stars. The Living room area offers a full size couch/trundle bed for lounging or to sleep an extra guest and a twin trundle pull out bed underneath for an additional guest or child. It's a great area for relaxing and reading or watching the 2nd flat screen TV. The Kitchenette is stocked with pans, dishes, and utensils and includes a Coffee Maker, oven, microwave and full size fridge. Your private bathroom has a large 2 person shower, separate toilet room, plush towels and just enough room to not feel crowded. A Rollaway bed can be added making this room sleep 5.
Amenities included - Coffee, tea, cocoa and all the fixings. Full-size refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, glasses, mugs, utensils and cutlery, soaps and bath needs, all paper products, linens and sheets, 2 cable televisions and wi-fi.
This room is not on the waterfront, it is set back from the water by 150'.

Private 2B/1B cottage with large private deck that sleeps 7 comfortably
This beautiful cottage is all about Mermaids and the Saltwater Soul in all of us water lovers! This cottage will sleep up to 7 people comfortably. The Master bedroom has a 14" Queen size memory foam mattress with gel cooling topper and lush linens. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed over twin trundle and there is an additional Queen bed in the end of the long living room. There are TV's in both bedrooms and the big TV in the living room is on a swivel so you can see it well from the bed or the couch and recliner. The kitchen and bathroom are very large and fully stocked with all the amenities and cooking utensils/appliances you could ever need. All Linens and towels are provided as well as basic cooking spices, coffee, sugar, creamers, etc. This cottage has a big private deck and grilling area but all common areas are available for use including Pier, spa. and Grills are also provided.
This room is not on the waterfront, it is set back about 125'.

the DOCK HOLIDAY

This Suite has 2 large separate bedrooms with plush Queen size beds and linens. There is a flat screen TV in the bedrooms and the living room. The Kitchen in this unit is full size with a large fridge and is stocked with pans, dishes, and utensils and includes a Full size Coffee Maker, coffee, and various sugars and creamers.
The Dock Holiday has 2 bathrooms and each private bathroom has a walk-in shower, plush towels and all toiletries. In the Living Room you will find a couch that becomes a full size sleeper allowing this room to sleep 6 guests total.
All linens and toiletries are provided.
There is a private deck for this room but all guests are encouraged to enjoy all of our outdoor areas and palapas, There is a hot tub located near the waterfront and available for your use. Outdoor Grills are provided and we have a variety depending on your cooking preference.
This cottage is not on the waterfront, it is set back about 125'.

the Tejas

Being Texans (proudly born and raised), we always wanted to do a Texas themed room to show off some of our heritage, and so The Tejas cottage was born! Everything in this room is over sized with a big Texan personality.
We have made the Tejas into our small store and Office for now.
It is Unit #3.

The Laurel Anne is rented full time right now and not available for vacation rentals.
This is a sweet little room designed and decorated to relax you. And she is named after my amazing Mother, Patricia Anne, and my youngest daughter, Sydney Laurel. I put lots of my favorite items in this room, including beautiful sea glass, great driftwood pieces collected from the bay and a vintage wooden bar from the 1960's. This cottage is a 1 bedroom 1 bath with full kitchen. All linens and toiletries are provided.

LaView Waterfront Couples Suite

The LaView Waterfront Couples House is a 1200 Sq./Ft Waterfront 2-story house. There is a full kitchen in the bottom floor and a kitchenette upstairs in the Suite for your convenience. Amenities include small fridge upstairs and full size downstairs, toaster, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and coffee pods, creamers and sugars.
Linens, glassware, dishes and utensils are provided. Throughout the property, we have various grills you can use to cook up your catch of the day. No cooking or storing seafood in the rooms, please.
The King sized memory foam bed, with plush linens and pillows, has a wonderful view of the Bay. The TV lifts up from the end of the bed so that you can use it and then store it away to enjoy the view.
The 2 person Jacuzzi Tub/shower is centered in the end of the Suite overlooking Galveston Bay. There is a separate walk-in shower downstairs and up in the Suite you will find a 2 person heart shaped jacuzzi tub. There is a private toilet and sink area downstairs and a half bath in the Suite.
All linens and toiletries are provided.
This Suite only sleeps 2 people in 1 king sized bed. No Kids allowed.

The Sea gazer waterfront retreat
The Sea Gazer Waterfront Retreat is our new addition and our largest house on the entire property.
It is located along the waters edge and with a terrific view of the Bay from all 3 levels of this house. The 3 bedrooms and sleeper sofa provide sleeping needs for 8 guests.
There is also a large covered porch area under the house with an outdoor cooking area and private hot tub.
The Master bedroom on the 3rd floor has a King bed and fireplace overlooking the Bay. The Master bathroom has a large walk-in shower with private toilet room nook and a soaker tub that has views of the tree tops.
There is also an additional private bedroom on this floor with a queen bed and 2nd bathroom.
On the 2nd floor of the house, there is an additional private bedroom with a queen bed and half bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans and bakeware as well as a Keurig coffee pot, coffee, creamer and a variety of sugars. All basic appliances, Full sized fridge with ice and water in door and full size gas stove/oven in kitchen. The Sea Gazer offers great views of the Bay from every window and all of the porches. The living room is very large with another fireplace and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

The Ohana house
The Ohana house
The Ohana House is perfect for a family getaway. Originally built in the late 50's, this gorgeous house has all original Shiplap walls, beautifully handcrafted details and plush furnishings throughout. Ohana means family and you will find it laid out perfectly to host all of your family without feeling crowded. The house offers a large kitchen, eating/gaming/dining area with lots of extra hang out space, a big sleeper sofa and great, comfy chairs. The kitchen/dining area of this house looks out over the water and there is lots of natural lighting. Kitchen is totally stocked with basic seasonings, all dishes, utensils and pans for cooking. The Fridge is full sized with an ice maker. Kitchen has a K-Cup coffee maker and all the sugars and creams are provided. This house is very close to the waterfront, pier, pool and spa. There is also a palapa porch area that you can use with an outdoor restroom for the convenience of the pool and spa quests.
There is a king bed in the Master Suite, 2 bunk beds in the "kids bunk room" (4 twin beds total) and the sofa in the living room becomes a queen bed as well. All Linens are provided. The bathroom has a very large walk-in shower and then a jetted jacuzzi bathtub in the Suite area. The Suite also has a small fridge and microwave and K-Cup coffee pot so you can have your first cup of coffee in bed.

This Plush Couples cottage is directly across Bayshore Drive from our main Waterfront Property overlooking Galveston Bay with a large outdoor hot tub, 270' lighted fishing pier and tons of amenities. There are two cottages on this little wooded property, this one is on the right. Enjoy the peace of the big, beautiful trees and a great view of the Bay from your porch. Designed for tranquility and coziness, you get the best of both worlds with this one: woods and water. Cottage has a small fridge, microwave, toaster over/skillet and coffee pot. All linens and toiletries are provided. Roku Tv in Bedroom, large walk-in shower and private porch to lounge under the trees. Then just a short walk over to be on the waterfront.

Our property of vacation rentals offers12 beautiful cottages, all with unique designs, layouts and decor. The common areas are provided for and shared by all guests. We have 150' of waterfront with a 270' fishing pier,
that is lighted for night fishing and has a fish cleaning station/sink, and 4 person spa overlooking the Bay, numerous Palapas along the waterfront and throughout the property, and lots of common areas for grilling and chilling or just sitting and enjoying our outstanding views of Kemah and the Galveston Bay.
We are 20 miles south of Houston on I-45 South, 4 miles from the famous Kemah Boardwalk, 10 minutes from NASA/Johnson Space Center, 15 minutes from Bay Brook Mall, 10 miles from the Texas City Outlet Mall and only 20 minutes from Galveston. There are many terrific restaurants near us and many food delivery options if you just want to stay here and relax.
There are many golf courses and amusement parks near us, and some great restaurants. We also have games and things to do here onsite. If you ever need a referral or would like us to make you a reservation, please reach out. We are glad to help :)

hot tub and palapas for guests
*The Pool has been removed and we have added a large firepit area for grilling and relaxing. Come Friday also offers a large hot tub for our guests. It is up along the waterfront so that you can look out over the water. We do provide large beach towels for your convenience. These should be in your room upon arrival but if not, please ask for those instead of using the nice white ones that are provided in your suite. If there are none in your room, please let the office know.
The Hot Tubs on the Bay Room deck and under the Sea Gazer Waterfront Retreat (the 3 story green house) are PRIVATE to those rooms.
Glass cups or containers are not allowed around the palapas and spa areas. Your room should have a plastic cup option to use in this area.
Please clean up after yourselves. Dispose of trash and cigarette butts in outdoor trash cans.

A Two-night minimum stay is required; three night minimum stay required for some holidays.
Cancellations:
A One week cancellation notice required or full stay will be charged unless room
is re-booked. Under some circumstances, we do offer one chance to rebook your stay if you have to cancel within the 7 day period prior to your booked stay. Deposit for rescheduling will be held and you must call directly to re-book.
Holiday rates:
We pride ourselves in remaining affordable for our guests by not raising our rates for holidays and special occasions.
Special occasion packages
None of our rooms come with breakfast anymore and due to Covid 19 we can not add snacks and certain items that we would normally add for our guests but there is a kitchenette or full kitchen in each room and fridge for you to do your own cooking or many outside grills you may use. There are some really great restaurants nearby so if you let us know what you have a taste for, we are glad to give you some referral options. A binder of information regarding your stay, your room specs and places to eat or order delivery from is in your room. We also provide maps and coupons to some locations or you can google that information.
Special Occasions:
If you are coming to stay and having a Birthday, Anniversary, Honeymoon or celebrating any other special occasion, we are glad to purchase items for you so that they are in your room upon arrival. Please call and let us know what you would like and we will handle the rest. Whatever we can do to make your stay even more enjoyable, we are glad to do it.
